Just remember, the item must be in the same condition you received it for a full refund. If it arrives damaged, don’t worry, you can still get a full refund or exchange it.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Also, keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees. It’s a good idea to use tracking numbers for peace of mind, but unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for lost packages.
We offer a minimum guarantee of 6 months for refurbished furniture and 5 years for new.
